Experienced counselors will listen to your situation, help you understand what God desires, and walk alongside you as you make progress in living your life in a way that honors God. 

We are pleased to serve you, no matter where you stand spiritually.  Our desire is that you are open to Biblical truths to help you overcome your struggles and make sense of life.  If you are curious or seeking answers, we would love to talk with you more about how God desires to help you heal and grow.  We have had many people begin or renew a relationship with God through the counseling process.

We typically begin by meeting weekly for four weeks, then every other week.  At this point there will be a conversation to discuss the frequency with which you both think you need to meet.  Each counseling situation is different, but we have seen most of our counselees make excellent progress with 10-16 sessions over four to five months.

Hope Biblical Counseling LLC is a ministry that keeps fees well below national averages for counseling. We ask for all sessions to be paid at the time of the appointment. 

Initial Visits are 60 Minutes long and the cost is $120. 

Follow-Up Visits are 50 minutes long and the cost is $100

We work with those who have limited funds with a sliding scale (income will be verified by 3rd party). 

We would ask those who benefit from reduced fee counseling to consider paying it forward when they are able for the good of others who need it.

Payments can be made through Zelle or CashApp, before or after your counseling  session.

You will receive receipts and payment confirmation via email.

Initial appointments, prepaid at $120, must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is primarily because an initial appointment requires that 2 time slots are unavailable for use by others. If no cancellation is made with at least 48 hours' notice, then no refund will be processed. 

Returning counselees are asked to cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. This gives others the opportunity to use the canceled time slot. If you do not cancel your appointment, your session will be charged full price. 

If there is an emergency situation, please call the office so a late cancellation may be granted and you will not be charged for your missed session. Repeated failure to cancel within 24 hours or failure to show up for appointments will result in sessions being charged at the full rate.
